Re <<Binance>>

when attending college in early 80s' I took an undergraduate business law course and the take-home project was to setup a case from the following ingredients

- old Chevrolet engine died standing the car on road / train crossing
- driver de-camps car to make call from phone-box on side of track
- train comes along, sends Chevrolet flying, and crashing into phone-box hurting the caller / driver

you are the lawyer on the spot, what should you do and why?

I though way inside the box, representing the driver/caller and advise suing GM, and rail company as backup, and built a case

The winning entry was to represent the driver / caller, and sue ATT

GM was losing money
as were railroad companies

ATT was a money-maker at the time

Duh ...

ATT should have known that placing phone-box next to rail crossing was a dangerous setup

Should Binance be legit, it might be off-ed

If Binance be suspect, it will be off-ed

This below is fun ...
