I have been following Vasco for a while. I learned of it through Motley Fool and have seen many thoughful analysis of it's financials and strategies and think that it is a may be an excellent company with a great growth potential. My understanding is that it's last quart. earnings was break-even, but they've recently sold a money losing consulting division so they should be in the black this (3rd) quarter. The big question I see with Vasco is it's safety as an ivestment, and of utmost relevance to that question is it's attempt to get off the bulletin boards and onto an exchange. There was talk this would happen in July. Until it's listed I'm staying away. I would like to hear you're opinion or any information you might have on listing. Z.Derich
