"What is the moral code of altruism? The basic principle of altruism is that man has no right to exist for his own sake, that service to others is the only justification of his existence"

They aren't mutually exclusive. One can both exist quite nicely and serve others.

"self-sacrifice is his highest moral duty, virtue and value"
Self-sacrifice is counter-productive.

"The issue is whether you do or do not have the right to exist without giving him that dime"
I exercise that right all the time. I also exercise my right to give money to the local food bank, and to organizations feeding the hungry in Florida and Ukraine.

"The issue is whether man is to be regarded as a sacrificial animal"
According to the Torah, God said "no" to that idea.

The Binding of Isaac ( Hebrew: ???????? ????????, ?Aqe?a? Yi??aq), or simply "The Binding" (???????????, ha?Aqe?a), [1] is a story from Genesis 22 of the Hebrew Bible. In the biblical narrative, God tells Abraham to sacrifice his son, Isaac, on Moriah. As Abraham begins to comply, having bound Isaac to an altar, he is stopped by the Angel of the Lord; a ram appears and is slaughtered in Isaac's stead, as God commends Abraham's pious obedience.
