I beg to differ...every thread needs to nurture and conserve its assets...
in this case, its french poodle...an icon: you know, like the stuffed ones teenagers in the fifties put on their dashboards in beach blanket movies?
On AOL...the Land of BigBarks and BigTeeth... poodles get no respect, and that's a pity... ostracized from the pack, they have no big dogs to role model social skills...pushed aside, brutalized themselves, they become loners...they go feral...they scavenge campers and other travelers....or worse become roadkill...but this stray wandered over here and found a "room for intelligent, courteous debate."
Marc, I tell you (getting prophetic) this one has The Sign of the Survivor (he has the mark of SOS I tell you) and clearly reveals some inherent superiority over those barking in the kennAOL.
Habits (bad or otherwise) are hard to break...let's give him a break. He's clearly traumatized from an uncivil environment. Rousseau would see goodness in his eyes, I feel certain of that.
For real, I hear that french poodles make some of the best watchdogs...their bite ain't nothin'...but their yips will wake the dead...and their energy, well, is legendary.
So (from the mountaintop, arms akimbo, face & eyes alight from the radiance of the great VR in the sky, with robes a-flappin' from the great wind sourcing from SLC), I gesture to you and invoke the great trinity of StuMuDu and (IMHO) proclaim to My Brotheren and My Sisteren, let us not drive this resource away as if it were a great pestilence or anathma in the VRland of SI...I beg you, give him enough string to hang himself...
