I wonder if the people who disseminated misinformation are going to held liable for their deeds? biz.yahoo.com A lot of people apparantly got hurt by innuendo, and unsubstantiated rumors. Somehow it seems like deliberate attempts to tank a stock by malicious people, should not go unpunished, as well as things like gifs. What is your opinion on that aspect of the equation?
