Yes, but Elon leveraged his TSLA stock as collateral for financing on the Twitter deal.

Rumor has it that yesterday's 10% drop was forced selling to meet margin. It get real ugly under $100.

I have a pattern that takes it down to $69.

That will come close to wiping him out of control of TSLA.

He paid $44 billion for a $4 billion company with Twitter. All of his TSLA sales went into it, plus he leveraged His remaining TSLA stock.

It was a huge mistake for a few tweets.
