Thanks for your response, time & work in gathering info.
Just spoke with AT&T Uni. card, ask Jill, the young lady who answered, about the sale to Citicorp, said that would be final in April, ask bout ATC's contract with AT&T Uni., she put me on hold cause she didn't know anything about ATC, anyway, when she came back said, that the only thing ATC does is process the new applications by phone, didn't know how many people worked there nor anything else. I ask who I might talk to regarding this she said nobody higher up or anywhere; but I could write to AT&T at a p.o. # in Florida.
Bottom line, imho, after March ATC is out when the sale is complete.
