They didn't issue the subpoena until the end of Oct. It was EZ for him to stall for 75 days. He would talk to stall, eventually not show up. Then, if he was referred to DOJ for contempt, he'd stall for a few years, like Bannon and Navarro are doing. Around '26, the case would get to the Supreme Court.
