I guess most here missed this announcement? It was so wonderful that you, KLP and I got a chance to meet George in real life. One of his habits was to post Imprimis opinion pieces here on a pretty regular basis.

And look at this so classic Joe Btfsplk/George Wigginton style eulogy.

George Wigginton, known hereabouts as Joe B. didn't have the stuffing to survive radiation treatments twixt his earrings and the top of his bustier (aka mouth). So he left, screaming and whining and sniveling every last inch to the exit gate and through. (Actually he died peacefully after two weeks on hospice with his wife and daughters by his side.)

It was a pleasure to enjoy the company and wisdom of some really smart people here. Among other. Adios!
