People who own real estate make money when they sell it, not while they own it.

Just looking at the summary data it doesn’t suggest to me a scam or a loser.

As a CPA most of my work was with real estate clients. I’ve prepared and seen an inordinate number of such returns, and handled many examinations of them. These returns, from the summaries, look like most of them.
