Take the great plains of the USA and Canada where most of the cereal crops are grown, imagine a really wet cool spring where farmers cannot get on their fields to seed, plus a really short summer and an early wet winter.

Remove a few weeks from a growing season and you don't put a crop in the bin, suppose that happens 2 or 3 years in a row?

People will also starve if farmers are forced to use less fertilizer, but Trudeau doesn't care.
