The issues I see he doesn't address is EVERYONE is expecting a recession then a recovery.
The retail investor is still all in. (Except the ones that blew up their accounts... Hoodies etc)
The volatility we saw last year has only been seen twice before. 1931 and 1937.

FWIW - The first week of January is usually up. Something like 90% of the time. However the second week often is a reversal that starts a new downleg. It doesn't really fit my op ex view but something to keep in mind.
