Andrew: How can you state info in a release about more series A without disclosure on the conversion factor? What, don't ya trust the Boca crew to look out for the best interests of their shareholders? As far as the shorts showing up to sell...um, well, something knocked the stock back down from 5 3/4. Kinda doubt it was long liquidation. drakes353
