I did hear from Wes Johnson ( Voice:(612) 475 1400, Fax:(612) 475 1443,Email: wjohnson@urologix.com ) He reports that there is not, and should not be, any news regarding the litigation because the case is sealed by the courts. He is also confused by the drop in stock price and can only guess at what might be causing it. He offered a speculation (repeat/speculation - not announcement) that perhaps some analysts reduced earnings projections for 1998 and/or 1999. Wes also explained that he had nothing more to offer me in clarification, but I did feel better that he was attending to investor concerns and that I hadn't "missed out" on any public information. Thanks for keeping this thread going, even though you are apparently no longer a share holder. I wish it were more active. Pat (and Corinne/"Krinky") Kelly
