That was an opinion (one of 5 solicited by KRY) at a cost of $150k
PDG claims to have as many opinions in support of their position.
Baumeister & Brewer represent CVG-PDG's partner and are of the current
opinion that CVG/PDG own Las Cristinas, which is apparently supported
by evidence and not conjecture. PDG aside from the support of CVG and
their counsel, has independent international counsel.
You will notice that the opinion you supplied is one year old. PDG
is in possession of RECENT supportive opinions.
