Shareholders

SOUTH RIVER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1998--IDM Environmental Corp.

agreement with a substantial number of participants in a recent registration statement filed by the
company.

Under terms of this agreement, the participants have locked up their shares for the next six months.
