Re: Young Folk Portfolio ... Add On Buys The first cash contribution of $200 hit the Roth account today. Since everything is on automatic dividend reinvestment, the monthly cash contributions are all that can be used for add on buys. I recently added MAA, VICI and ESS to this portfolio with the objective of having real estate represent 12-15% of the portfolio value. These REIT' are the smallest positions un the Young Folk Portfolio and I want to start adding to them. Today I had enough cash to buy: MAA - 1 share @ $155.35 VICI - 1 share @ $31.97 This brings these positions up in value to: MAA .. $2632 VICI .. $2582 In other good news, the first dividend increase in 2023 has been announced .. LSI up 11.1%. This is the second dividend increase in six months. LSI increased the dividend by 8% back in July.
