Without fair elections, they’ll forever remain languid back benchers.
Election laws are set by the states. There is nothing useful Congress can do. They shouldn't waste time on things where they have no influence while other important things are not being done. States like CA, OR and WA are hopeless, and also irrelevant. The focus needs to be on the swing states.
