The bottom line: If you can't prevent it from starting you're sure not going to be able to control when it stops.

So, here we are, I suppose, a technically insolvent country funding a war of attrition that we have no real reason to be engaged in.

I don't pay much attention to it but I do count the dollars as they're going out the door because American taxpayers suffer every time taxpayers go a little deeper in debt...
