I'm sure you all have heard of Hyundai's plans for 2 huge DRAM fabs in Scottland. They will be producing 64M and 256M DRAMs in these Fabs. From what I understand, Hyundai has been using PMAT etchers for R&D in the manufacturing of 64M and 256M DRAM. Also, as you all know, Hyundai has bought a couple of PMAT etchers for production in their existing fabs. In my opinion there is a big potential that Hyundai may buy PMAT etchers for these fabs. This could be a huge deal for PMAT next year. While I'm riding high, lets throw in a couple dozen Forcefill tools and really make PMAT rock in 1997. dave
