hard on,gg,)as patients massage the pellet. That has been part of the initial failure rate in the initial studies. The NEJM study did not use Axis. Axis also allows MUSE to stay in penis longer and delaying a little systemic absorption/systemic sideffects. The greater
distention that occurs of the penis with Axis ( of it's tunica albuginea wrap [ not me gg, I had nothing to do with it ]), chokes off the superficial veins that drain the corpus cavernosum, thus decreasing leakage out of penis, and setting up for a better more prolonged erection.As soon as erection is complete in 10 minutes, the Axis band is removed and intercourse begins. ( unless you are in the White House in which case a more " proper " form of sex is entered into; or at least, no " improper" sex is entered into; I realize that this may sound a little confusing and unfortunately I can't explain this part to you right now; but be patient and I am told all this will be fully explained later, possibly bu the US Congress of all people, would you believe, how the ED world turns).
