discussion of nukes began. Vald won't use them unless
missiles start flying towards St Petersburg, Moscow
etc.etc.

It seems as if Vlad is more moderate than anyone else
in Russian politics. The West wanting a regime change
isn't all that bright(typical of amerika's morass)
