Its a stretch to hold someone liable if they are just doing ads. However if someone say has shares in something and as a celeb uses their influence to pump so to speak to sell out then it really is similar to a P&d.

But a finance person that's a different story and as you might tell Mr wonderful not on my fave list nor is Musk
