Jack, I'm sure I would benefit from doing more research, my participating in this thread is part of that. I hope you're right about the e-commerce. And yet the final phrase of the press release (August 6th) on that product states: "The second phase of FNet e-commerce products will include EDI and will accommodate even larger corporate clients." Maybe it is now 'on the back-burner' (I'd feel more comfortable with 'cancelled'). But still this stuff is up there on their website. Even aside from the arguments about what's going on inside the company, if they're planning an IPO, this kind of stuff looks really bad. The investment community likes having a really clear story of how a company is going to win big, and the simple fact that we're having this discussion shows that some people (me in this case) will perceive FTEL's 'story' as being confused.
