it is asinine to think the company is going to "fold" over this... and to go on and on about it doesnt do anyone any favors !! when tom said this was a nothing, i suspect from his point of view it is...to us, out of the loop, we are concerned, but vague innuendoes stated on this board certainly are out of order...i hate being one of a very few that is trying to "keep above this all", without wringing hands and falsely accusing the company...the fact is, they dont have the help they need, we all know this, and they cant afford an attorney, apparently...i AM very disappointed they went unrepresented, but as was mentioned earlier, that just seems to be another detail with not enough attention paid to...but to jump out and think the company is going chapter 7 in a month is the height of absurdity !! just my .012 cents jp
