11.6% one day gain is the record on shinny back in Sept. 08'. That was the FED's $85B bail out of AIG and that was before most of the world became insolvent. In 2023, $85B won't even cover the interest on U.S. debt in the time it takes to eat a steak. I wonder if BAC/GS are talking paper or physical? China unloads T-Bills or Euro serfs demands their gold from reserve bank in NY how will London and NY do the paper shuffle when there is no "physical" inventory? Maybe China or Russia will ship pallets of precious metals to keep U.S. Euroland afloat. Maybe Treasury can win over Putin or Jinping with U.S. CBDC IOU's distributed from AMZN cloud. Shinny hits $3000 sell and buy what? Land with water on it. Sure. Shinny hits $6000. 20 oz. could buy $1M in real estate just about anywhere.
