I agree the IRA is complex. Anything passed by such a divided Congress is going to be that way. Each person who voted for it was holding his or her nose with regard to different provisions.

On one hand, allowing Medicare to negotiate prices has reduced the value of some of my investments. On the other, it's crazy for any customer to provide blank checks to vendors - especially when that customer has already contributed to the development of the product.
