This is what my wife and I took. Sailed right through it and I have two comorbidities.

Zinc, Quercetin, 500 mg Vit C, 5000 IU Vit D3, Echinacea/Goldenseal blend and Black Elderberry gummies.

For us at least, ez peazy.
