The Vagner thugs are on the verge of taking Soledar, a small mining town just north of Bakhmut:

No word yet on how many prisoners Vagner sacrificed to win this battle. Probably a few thousand, yet Vagner reportedly has 40,000 to "spare."

This is a small but important step in the Vagner's campaign to take Bakhmut and prove to the rest of RuZZia that they can succeed where the Ministry of Defense failed.
