Spoke briefly with publisher of NYC mag today. He stated that the magazine is currently being printed for a March 1 launch with initial quarterly editions, then bimonthly, then monthly by year end. Announcements concerning this and other underway projects to be announced next week. So I guess we will see. My initial accumulation began with a stock price of .55, so I have no good reasons not to wait this out.
