His system was full of various types of drugs when he died. He was almost unable to walk anymore because he was so drugged up daily. That can easily cause organ failure.

We are not here to discuss something that happened forty years ago. We are talking about the now obviously toxic clot shot. It is no mystery now as to why Pfizer wanted their studies be kept a secret for 75 years.
