Guys, they have to issue the stock, they committed to do it to get the last big funding commitment. If they don't issue the shares, then the people who are in the funding deal get to get $.86 shares for the $.22 they already paid, and we're talking millions of shares here. It's all in the SEC filings... go over to the Edgar archives and look at the last 5 or 6 filings... they explain it all. The isn't a choice here, don't get into a lather over it, you came in after the show started... Ben A.
