I've got this whole deal figgered out.

1)....my little sis will turn me loose on this rehab project.
2)....the jack-legs I'm using on the job will show up and make a semblance of seeming to perform.
3)....the sun will shine on Texas for five days straight.
4)....some iggernant fool will fall out of the sky and buy this MARVELOUS, STUPENDOUS, Opportunity of a Lifetime, Steal of the Century, Absolute Lock of a Profit Potential, PURCHASE of a property that is demanding so much of my time.........
5)....the local priest will grant me absolution for past real estate related sins, including present ones ongoing.
6)....my programmer bud doesn't quit/die/fall into a faint/regress/get drunk/etc.
7)....Slick keeps on being slick and keeps the sword in the scabbard.
8)....The Good Lord's willing and the creeks don't rise.
I'll be back and we can learn together how to make money..........
