JR: After I sent the message you replied to I sent Harvey an email. I just got his response. Here it is> Pardon my description of how you "feel" about not receiving a response yet. Maybe you can format the responses with the questions asked to make it more valuable to others.

I obviously cannot comment on the Lunn situations as to potential
additional shares. The information is not public as yet - as I'm sure you
know. As to the timing, I would expect earnings to be released by the
first week of March.

The "TV Show" was a video broadcast over MSNBC. We have requested copies
to review and make available in limited quantities.

ATPX will not announce analyst recommendations. As part of our
responsibilities, we are contacting appropriate analysts with the
information we are developing with management. We will gear up as Q4, the
10-K & and the annual report becomes available.

Boeing's situation has not effected ATPX.

We are working on web site, IR kit and Fact Sheet.

Hope this helps!

As you can see he is very responsive to queries. I encourage others to email him with their questions and comments.

Hope this helps. Mario
