It's probably time to sit back and enjoy the ride... This is after a full year of decline, the worst one year decline since 1872 and this is no typo... The small caps have been beaten down even more with the threat of 87,000 gun carrying IRS agents who would do nothing more than shake down small businesses... Now that it's defunded, the small caps can come back in all its glory... The country had a deep depression right after the end of the Civil War, it crashed the markets, it was worse than the one in the 1930's... That's what encouraged people in the eastern cities to move west where land was free and the air was clean... GZ
