Joey: You don't need a list of questions - just one. If Morgan and or Breton will sit down opposite you look you in the eye and answer one question: Why did the SEC order a trading halt in RMIL stock on Dec. 22nd 1997? Then you need to travel from their office to the Miami, SEC office and ask them why they issued a stop trade order in RMIL stock on December 22, 1997 and compare the answers. That is providing you can get a direct answer to the question from either the company, and I don't mean Lori, and the SEC.

If you really want to stretch it out you may ask a second question to both parties: Has RMIL responded in writing to the SEC's order and could you see that response?

Good luck in your quest for the truth.
