To OFW
Once again we see that you are PI's "TOADY." In deference to the sophisticated investors on this thread the answers to questions are:
1) We, Baron-Marney Capital, Ltd., act as Investment Bankers for both Titan, Oilex, and 19 other US, International, public, and private companies. Titan has a business relationship with Oilex. There is no direct relationship or control between the two as we believe you are trying to infer. Oilex buys equipment form Titian. As you know, Oilex also has a 1/2% of 1% over ride interests in Titian's +/- 13 million acre Australian property, the relationship ends there.
2) None
3) None
4) None
5) None to our knowledge. Allen L. Burditt II does not show up on the shareholder list received by us from the transfer agent listing corporations or individuals owning 1% or more.
6) None
In response to your last bit of vagary BS. Baron-Marney Capital, Ltd. is very protective of it's reputation and has the assets to ensure it. Your responses are proof that our reputation is in question and damaged by the posting of Prudent Investor on Silicon Investor, (15) Titan thread. You will find that we will be demanding more than an apology. Baron-Marney Capital, Ltd. has nothing to apologize for. Therefore, your superficial innuendo is moot and without basis. Statements were made on this thread that have cause irreparable damage to individuals and/or Titan with-out any attempt to verify their veracity.
TO OUR KNOWLEDGE ALL OF THE RESPONSES TO YOUR INQUIRIES ARE CORRECT AND FACTUAL.
