any engineers here know about SiGe materials and it's potential
to kill GaAs market? IBM just purchased a comm chip design
firm with an intent to try out SiGe. SiGe seems to offer
huge price savings over GaAs yet has GaAs-like performance.
any lurkers from TQNT, AHA, or VTSS know??
