Rat wonders whether Pres. Obama declassified any of the documents found in VP Biden's possession, prior to leaving office. Also, why Biden has anything not checked out thru the Archives. Maybe they are just copies for his own records. He hopes Biden doesn't say, "I mentally declassified everything on 1/20/21." Researchers may view open and publicly available Gore, Cheney, Biden, and Pence Vice Presidential records in the main research room located in the National Archives Building on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC by appointment only.
