The Orange Revolution was a response to massive voter fraud. The Ukrainians had their fill of meaningless elections back in the Soviet Days and didn't want that to become the norm for Ukraine as an independent country.
You’re so far off, Tim, that it isn’t even funny.

First, it was in 2005 — many years since their independence in 1991. They had elections since then.

Another thing - How did they manage to have all this orange equipment - jackets, coffee mugs, sandwiches wrapped in orange paper, orange tents - even pretty orange portable toilettes — appearing minutes after the “unfavorable” results of the elections were announced?

The Western media went gaga— just looks how well organized they are!!! Yeah, dumbo, colored revolutions were organized by people who knew what they were doing.

The word is - it was sponsored by George Soros, who was spotted in Kiev in the months prior to the elections. Maybe, helped along by some secretive government orgs.

You may want to do a little research.

The recently independent country was taught a lesson…. that corruption is a winning strategy.
