UAN paid $19.00 in 2022, with $10.00 if "one time charges". Even people who paid the high of the year last year (about $180) got more than 10% on their investment. That's an AWESOME return.
Ummm, no it is absolutely NOT an awesome return if someone paid $180 last year. This is the fallacy in your argument and what you are missing

Paying $180 and getting $19 in dividends but seeing the price crater to $103 is a TERRIBLE return. You would have LOST $58 dollars per share after dividends

So your whole thesis is UAN is going to pay big dividends in the future and the share price is not going to go down. Completely ignoring the highly volatile and cyclical nature of the stock and the fertilizer market
