I would be curious to know why the company chose to post a news release when they seemingly are unprepared to answer questions about the "merger" No details of the financial arrangements were included in the announcement. Calls to the company were answered " Liberty Capital" until Monday when it was answered "Travis Industries". Then callers were informed that the location, business and phone numbers of Planet Sports and Next Level were confidential and could not be disclosed.What was the purpose of the news release if not to attempt to inflate the price?
