Hello Freeus Hello, great seeing you, and how are you, Yes I have been telling Sonny with the back ache about Aloa vera, but I forgot to tell him about Catherines' choice. I was just telling him about the kind that you can buy at Walmart and health food stores. But Catherine's choice is probably a little bit better. Gretchen and Debbi are coming in tomorrow and I am taking them to the Mardi Gras. I can't wait to see Gretchen at the Mardi Gras. It is going to be an experience of a life time. I will try to get a picture of her and maybe scan it to show you on the net. She has gotten so cute, of course, I have only seen her adorable pictures. She will be two next month. Hope that all is well with you. Don't forget to check out Frank's web site for his Album. It is really really good. I listen to it everyday and I love it. It is truly musical genius.
