Robert: It looks like things are actually starting to happen at WACC. Since my last response I have their NEW phone number, 407 354-3333, this is in Orlando rather than Ocala. Right where the action will be. I spoke with Marsha today, this is good because I also talked to her 2-3 months ago. Same person same job. Some stability. She interviewed 3 firms today to develop their WEB SITE. Very important step for both clients and shareholders. She didn't have info on # of shares or how they plan to get re-listed, but it sounds like they will re-apply at the end of March and hope to have it accomplished within 90 days. She could not comment on possible reverse split and I hope Boyar is aware how devastating that was last time to common shareholder and won't do it again. WACC traded today at 10 cents which indicates to me that someone is buying not just people bailing out. Will feel much better once it is trading at ten times todays high, then we'll know we're going somewhere!! JMO JOE
