I could tell you to watch this video (which you obviously haven't) and fast-forward to the 3:10 mark.

But I'll just summarize it for you because you obviously don't want to click on anything that contradicts what you want to believe.

"In the first week of the cap, the volume of oil exported by RuZZia fell by nearly 25%, from 22M barrels to 17M barrels."



Now I'll wait while you attack the source and claim they aren't more trustworthy than RuZZian media ...
