I would say that LUMN "management" needs to do something about :-

1) LUMN's high Long Term Debt. Currently about 10x its Net Earnings and "chewing up" about 21% of Revenue left over at EBITDA.
2) Its Depreciation and Amort. number looks high which is not doing its Pretax number or Bottom Line any good. I wonder why it's paying ~30% Tax ?
3) Capital Expenditure in its Cash Flow looks high at about 150% of Net Earnings.

Looking at its chart .......

...... LUMN used to trade between a "Support/Resistance" of $10 to $12. The price has fallen quite dramatically down to ~$5 and it did so on an above normal Volume of shares traded.
I suppose at ~$5 the share could be regraded as "cheap" seeing as it doesn't have that much further to go !!
But "management", IMO, needs to look into why there's been this dramatic fall off in its price over the last 5 months .....
