Aeon, Orginal number EST. Stanford Bernstein upgraded four semiconductor-related firms to "outperform" from "market perform" Thurs. Says upgraded its rating on AMAT,NVLS,LRCX & KLAC. Upgrades based on forcast of a supply/demand balance in the semicondcutor industry by early 1999. Also believes 98' earnings expectations can be achieved for the group.
