Options and taxes.

If I go short Feb $100 puts, and two weeks later buy back the Feb $100 puts (at a loss) and sell the same strike same stock Mar $100 puts........will I be able to use the capital loss from the first trade, or will the purchase on the same stock same stike March expiration puts cause the "wash sale" rule to prevent me from realizing the Feb capital loss?

In plain terms.....Is a Feb Expiration and a March expiration of the otherwise same contract subject to wash sale rules (can't realize a loss if you buy back the same thing within 30 days) or not?
