$60 mil is puny compared to acquisitions of peer group, its laughable to think of HUM as the next MSFT.
First: They don't have the resources or backing that MSFT has.
Second: MSFT only hires the best of the best, co's like HUM get the leftovers.
Third: The have to do a hell of alot more acquisitions and round out their product line much better than what they have.
HUM is a good company but to think they have a chance of being a world-beater is absurd, at best they will become part of a much better company (ie taken over).
Note that they cannot grow very much more with their present product line and like all companies hitting friction, they must do it by acquisitions. Their war chest could not possibly buy any company of value in the US given the valuations down there.
MSFT has achieved what 10 yrs ago, economists, thought was impossible. They have achieved long-term constant increasing returns and they dominate every aspect of every business they're in(much like INTC), HUM is always going to be an also-ran niche player but that too can be profitable.

I think document mgmt would be a nice fit(ie.Jetform), what do you think of this as a great fit for HUM?
