In speaking with ACTC Investor Relations (803/272-4653) on 2/12/98, they are stating that Earnings will be announced the first or second week of March. They are projecting $0.09 eps for this last quarter. This further equates to $0.30 eps for the 1997 year (1st Quarter = 0.05; 2nd = 0.07; 3rd = 0.09).
